Cold Laser Therapy

Cold laser therapy is low-intensity laser therapy that uses low levels of light to stimulate healing. It is noninvasive, painless, and there are generally no side effects or adverse events reported. Cold laser therapy is scientifically proven to reduce pain, reduce inflammation, and accelerate the healing process while strengthening damaged tissue.

Cold laser therapy can be used for:

Back Pain, TMJ, Fibromyalgia, Osteo and Rheumatoid Arthritis, Neck Pain, Tendinitis, Tennis Elbow, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Muscle Pain, Sinusitis, Plantar Fasciitis, Post-Operative Healing, Contusions, Bursitis, Wound Healing, Repetitive Stress Syndrome

*Cold laser therapy cannot be used on children, pregnant women, or on individuals who have undergone chemotherapy.

Instrument- Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)

A soft-tissue injury involves damage to the muscles, ligaments, tendons and/or fascia. Clinicians may perform instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization using a variety of tools in order to locate and treat soft-tissue dysfunction. The instruments used stimulate a local inflammatory response which initiates reabsorption of scar tissue and enables healing.

IASTM can improve range of motion and strength in the area of the soft-tissue injury while also reducing pain.

IASTM can be used to treat:

Neck Pain, Plantar Fasciitis, Tendinitis, Post-Surgical and Traumatic Scars, Myofascial Pain and Restrictions, Musculoskeletal Imbalances, Ligament Sprains, Muscle Strains, Bursitis, Back Pain, Trigger Finger, IT Band Syndrome, Shin Splints, Ankle Sprains
